Seora Digital reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the agreed scope or that are inconsistent with the nature of the services being provided.
3. Payment Terms
100% payment is required before work begins.
Once payment has been received, Seora Digital reserves the agreed production time and resources required to deliver the project.
Work will not commence until the required payment has been received and cleared.
Payment confirms the client’s acceptance of the agreed scope of work, pricing and applicable terms.
Where a project requires additional work outside the agreed scope, Seora Digital will communicate any additional costs before undertaking that work.
4. Project Commencement
A project is considered to have commenced once Seora Digital begins work on any agreed deliverable or undertakes project-specific preparation or production.
This may include, but is not limited to:
– Strategy and content planning
– Research
-Copywriting or scripting
-Design
-Video editing
-Content production
-Account or platform preparation
-Scheduling
-Project setup
-Other work undertaken specifically for the client’s project
Once work has commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility will take into account the work already completed and resources committed to the project.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a project by contacting Seora Digital in writing at info@seoradigital.com.
Because Seora Digital reserves production time and resources for confirmed projects, cancellation may result in a cancellation fee or deduction from the amount paid.
Cancellation before work begins
If a client cancels before work has commenced, Seora Digital may retain a reasonable cancellation fee to account for administrative work, project preparation, reserved production capacity and other costs incurred in accepting the project.
Any remaining refundable balance will be returned to the client.
Cancellation after work has commenced
If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, Seora Digital may retain an amount reflecting:
– Work already completed
– Time and resources committed to the project
– Project preparation and production
– Non-recoverable third-party or production costs
– Other reasonable costs resulting from the cancellation
Where applicable, any remaining balance will be refunded to the client.
Completed services

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Revisions & Approvals
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable package or agreement, Seora Digital includes one revision round per agreed deliverable.
A revision round allows the client to request reasonable changes to the original agreed direction.
Requests that materially change the original brief, require a new concept, or fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed project timeline.
Once content has been approved, additional changes may be treated as a new revision or additional service.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing Seora Digital with the information, assets, access, brand materials, product information and feedback reasonably required to complete the agreed work.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that information, claims, images, trademarks, products and other materials supplied to Seora Digital may legally be used for the intended purpose.
Delays in providing required information, assets, access or approvals may affect project timelines and scheduled delivery dates.
Seora Digital is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delayed client feedback, unavailable assets, platform outages or third-party service interruptions.
8. Third-Party Platforms

Changes to platform policies, algorithms, functionality, account restrictions, outages or other third-party circumstances may affect the performance or delivery of services.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and permitted use of final client-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, package or agreement.
Where full payment has been received, the client may use final approved deliverables created specifically for the client for their intended business purposes, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.
Seora Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, processes, templates, frameworks, know-how and internal working methods.
Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, music, software and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seora Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of third-party platforms, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, platform outages, algorithm changes, account restrictions or circumstances outside Seora Digital’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Policies excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under South African law.
15. Changes to Services or Policies
Seora Digital may update its services, packages, pricing and these Terms & Policies from time to time.
